What is the history of MedProSource?

MedProSource was formed as an adjunct to healthcare recruiting and placement companies that were seeking a more practical and reliable source of qualilied healthcare professionals. The founders of MedProSource have backgrounds in hospital sales and healthcare personnel recruiting and placement, and understand the needs of the healthcare Human Resources specialist and healthcare recruiter.



Nurses: including Registered Nurses, LPNs, Nurse Practitioners, and others.

Technologists: including Radiological Techs (Rad Techs), including Mammographers, Sonographers, Nuclear Med Techs, and others.

Therapists: including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Speech/Language Therapists.




How do the subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are set up by professional group (Nurses, Techs, Therapists).  You can choose one, two, or all three groups by metro area.   One group for one metro area is $200/month.  Two groups for one metro area is $300/month.   All groups for one metro area is $400/month.  To subscribe, you can sign up for a PayPal account, which gives you the advantage of very high security as well as flexible payment options via credit card, checking account, or e-check. You can log in at any time to your account to view payment history or to discontinue your subscription.  PayPal is the top payment method on the web, and is the preferred payment method on Ebay and many other top merchant sites.




What is the length of the subscriptions?

Subscriptions are monthly.  There are no minimum subscription lengths at this time.  In the future, we will offer discounts for 6-month and 1-year subscriptions.




How current are the profiles?

We distribute profiles by email on the first day tracking back to 2 weeks prior.  Each subsequent day the profiles are no more than a day or 2 old.

The greatest volume of qualified candidates comes from mid-size and large metropolitan areas.  That is not to say that smaller, more rural areas don't draw qualified candidates, but the volume is smaller.   That is why, for larger cities such as New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, the radius is smaller than mid-size metro areas; for the rural areas we draw candidates from a larger radius than either the mid-size or large metro areas.


MedProSource can complement other methods of recruiting.   We are not a job board nor an advertising service.   We deliver qualified, motivated candidates to you in a timely fashion.
